The Interconception Toolkit was developed by Merry-K. Moos, BSN (FNP), MPH, FAAN. Merry-K serves as a consultant for the Center for Maternal and Infant Health for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also served as a consultant to the National Healthy Start Association on the creation of this toolkit.
