If you're unable to attend the Spring Conference but would still like to share information with our 500+ attendees, you may consider:

• Inserting a promotional item with your company name or logo into our conference bags, received by each attendee.
  • $1000.00 per item
• Inserting a flyer or written materials from your company into our conference bags.
  • $500.00 per item
• Sending informational materials to be distributed from our "take-one" table in the Exhibit Hall.
  • $350.00
• Advertising in our Conference Program.
  • Full page ad (Back Cover)           $800

Shipping Materials to Hyatt

The Hyatt Regency Washington will accept packages up to 2 days prior to the event. Please visit Exhibit and Package Handling to see guidelines, shipper information, and pricing. The Hyatt allows pre-payment via credit card. To pay using a credit card, please complete this credit card authorization form and return it to the Hyatt.

Exhibitor Raffle

NHSA will be having an Exhibitor Raffle during the NHSA 13th Annual Spring Conference. Attendees will be given a form in their conference bags, and a representative at each booth will answer a question when the attendee comes to visit. Attendees who complete and return their forms will be eligible for the Exhibitor Raffle prizes. All exhibitors are encouraged to bring a prize (or prizes) for donation to the Exhibitor Registration Desk on Sunday, March 11 during check-in.
