PGPH Philadelphia Healthy Start: Infant Mortality Awareness Table Event

Keeping Baby Safe & Other Resources

Event Description: We will provide an information table on Prenatal Day at the medical center.  We will provide Safe Sleep (Back to Sleep) education, Safe Sleep brochures, Safe Sleep media (a repeat of the one-minute back-to-sleep video) and Safe Sleep Q & A where parents/pregnant people can receive a reward for knowledge gained on safe sleep. We will also provide an in-person demonstration on how to place the baby safely in the crib and test the patients’ knowledge on crib safety.
